Delete your Vetta Driver data

You can ask VettaVerify, the company that makes Vetta Driver, to delete your Vetta Driver account and data at any time. Email support@vettaverify.com from any address.

1. Say that you want your Vetta Driver data deleted.
2. Include the mobile number you sign in to Vetta Driver with.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone. A person handles each request, so timing varies, and we reply by email when it is done.

What we delete: your Vetta Driver account, meaning your sign-in and the phones you signed in on. Vetta Driver is signed out on every phone.

What we keep: location points, check-in photos, any driver's license photo from an identity check, messages and the phone number on a load a broker sent you stay with that broker's load and carrier records, because they are the broker's shipment records. If you replied STOP to our texts, we keep that so we never text you again. Kept records stay only as long as our privacy policy allows, then are deleted or de-identified; there is no fixed number of days. The language you picked stays on the phone until you uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your data.
